About this policy

This policy explains how data is processed when you visit franterro.com or contact the Franterro Global team. For privacy enquiries, email info@franterro.com. The identity and details of the contracting party are set out in the individual proposal and agreement.

Information we receive

Consultation and quick-order forms collect your name, company, country, email, phone/WhatsApp, product category, request type and message. Representative applications collect your name, country, email and phone. We also receive information you voluntarily provide in correspondence. Do not submit payment card details, passwords, medical information or other sensitive data through these forms.

Technical information

The website uses a session to support forms. Product views and likes may be recorded with the product identifier, date and a hash of the IP address. A hash does not make information fully anonymous. The server and hosting provider may keep technical request logs. External font requests disclose technical information to the service provider; see our Cookie Policy.

Purposes and grounds

We use information to respond, clarify requirements, prepare proposals, discuss samples, perform agreements and protect the website against abuse. Depending on the circumstances, the grounds are consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in security and business communication balanced against your rights. Agreeing to be contacted about an enquiry does not constitute consent to marketing newsletters.

Storage and recipients

Applications are stored in the website database and available to authorised staff through the administration area; notifications are sent to the business mailbox. Hosting and email providers may have technical access. Information needed for a specific project may be shared with involved manufacturers, suppliers or logistics partners to the extent necessary, and with authorities where legally required. International services may process information outside your country; applicable requirements for those transfers must be observed.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained while the enquiry and subsequent negotiations are being handled. Once no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised, except where needed for a contract, record-keeping or legal claims. The website currently has no uniform fixed retention period or automatic deletion of applications; deletion is performed manually after reviewing the relevant grounds. Contact info@franterro.com to clarify the retention of a particular record. Mailboxes, logs and backups have separate retention cycles.

Your rights and deletion requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, object to processing or withdraw consent; other rights apply as provided by law. Email info@franterro.com from the address used in your application and describe your request. We may ask for minimal identity verification to protect your information. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Where a legal obligation prevents deletion, we will explain why. You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

The current version is published here. Relevant legislation includes the Law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection; other legislation applies where its scope requires it.
