Our approach

Each Franterro Global project is considered individually. This describes a typical workflow; the scope, parties, responsibilities and payments are set out in an agreement. To start, submit the website form or email info@franterro.com.

1. Enquiry and discussion

Describe the product or service, target market, estimated quantity, budget and preferred timeline. We clarify the brief, formula, packaging, labelling requirements, documentation and cooperation model.

2. Samples and approval

Where needed, we agree on sample development and supply. Sample costs, shipping, the number of revisions and any credit towards a future order are agreed separately. Formula, fragrance, design, materials, colour, tolerances and quality criteria are approved before a production run.

3. Proposal and agreement

The proposal specifies the scope, minimum order quantity, price, currency, validity period and payment arrangements. The agreement and specification confirm final requirements, milestones, schedule, acceptance, ownership of developments and dispute procedures. A website enquiry does not replace these documents.

4. Production and quality control

Production starts once agreed prerequisites are met, including specification approval and any required payment. Quality control, tests, documentation and compliance requirements depend on the product, target market and agreement. Changes after approval may affect price and timing and require separate agreement.

5. Delivery and acceptance

Transport, destination, insurance, customs, taxes and transfer of risk are specified in the agreement. Logistics costs are included only where expressly agreed. Check shipment completeness and condition on receipt and report discrepancies under the procedures and deadlines in the agreement and applicable law.

Minimum order, price and timing

There is no single minimum quantity for every project: it depends on the category, formula, filling, components and supplier requirements. Pricing depends on volume, ingredients, packaging, development, testing, documentation and delivery. Timing depends on approvals, samples, component availability, production scheduling and route. Confirmed figures are stated in your proposal and agreement.

Cancellation, confidentiality and rights

Changes, cancellation, refunds, warranties and claims are agreed in the contract, taking account of completed work, purchased materials and mandatory law. Ownership of formulas, designs, software and other deliverables, and confidentiality, are agreed separately. A distributor application does not automatically grant exclusivity or representative status.
